Writer's Block: Back in Time
I dont think I would ever want to travel in time. I am way to happy with my life to chance messing it up over some crazy potential "time ripple" or whatever. Knowing my luck I would lose one of the very important things to me that get me through my daily life. Of course no one is ever 100% happy, no matter what they say. That is why we dream these dreams and wonder what if, but, I hold some things far to dear to me to even think of traveling and effecting anything. Even if you were only a spectator and could only watch, it leads to the thought of time line corruption through simple human desire. Humanity always wants more, the next step, the next great thing. So, inevitably, we would for ourselves to learn more and break the bounds, eventually interacting with the past and potentially loosing what we are in the process, whether that was the goal or not.
If i had to travel in time, I would travel to the time and place just before the man or woman that invented it all and distract them until the idea was lost to time itself. Hopefully it would then become a mystery just like the last thoughts of philosophers and geniuses through the ages.

[Link] | updates are slow to non existant mostly because i really just dont have the free time, what i do have is being eaten up by ffxi which we just restarted. server: bahumut
but life has been crazy. have had lots to handle and lots happen, i probably could go on for a while, but thi is a really bad keyboard.
on a happier note though, i do have scanner access again adn have been trying to at least archive my old pictures that i dont want to die. some are kinda wrinkled and others a little smudged. the scanner isnt as good as i would like, but beggers cant be choosers.
i wish it wasnt snowing out.

a little to be said
not much going on here. just had a few things to write about.
first thing is not nice.
last night at work near the end of the day, some poor girl got word her cousin just got killed. it was horrible. i didnt know what happened at first, there was just this shriek of pain from her. i turned around and she was holding her face crying. i dont think of bad things, so i didnt guess what had happened, i just thought she had been hurt. her mother was standing next to her and explained it to me. ... that just leaves a pit feeling in your stomach. you cant say anything. like an idiot i was saying 'you should take a seat in shoes' the poor thing could barely stand. it hurt to watch. she wasnt it today. probably wont be in tomorrow. there were a few of us around her. security came running to make sure no one had harmed her. it just left you feeling empty and inadequate. you know nothing is consolation at a time like that.
i have had very few people in my life die. none in recent years. i hope none for quite some time. no one that has ever died has been close to me. as in i knew them. i lost one grandparent, but my mother was at ends with her inlaws and we barely talked. there was an aunt and an uncle. but they werent close either. i cant say much else than that. but i know both of my remaining grandparents are getting old. i have an aunt that i a closer to (than my other cousins/realatives) who is very sick. the family doesnt really mention it much. my mother is angry at it. saying she could have stopped it. my father is sad because it is his sister. my grammie, who has buried more family and friends than i wish to count, takes it stoicly. i suppose that is the only way you can take it at that point. my poor grandmother who was her mother is taking it pretty hard though. she sounds tired and strained when talking about it. both her and my aunt that live with her seemed to have aged more in their voices.
i guess when faced with it, we push it off. death i mean. i havent been talking about it. still thinking she can make a recovery, because she can. it doesnt mean that she wont be sleeping in her living room for a while.
i will talk about the other thing later. not in the mood now.
